Operational intelligence for owner-led businesses

Find the leaks.
Quantify the value.
Build the fix.

Results Quantified helps manufacturers, distributors, and other physical-operations businesses turn scattered data into measurable improvements in inventory, labor, throughput, and accountability.

Based in the Finger Lakes. Focused on Central and Western New York.

What Results Quantified does

You do not need more data.
You need a clearer operating picture.

RQ connects financial, operational, inventory, labor, meeting, and management information to show what is actually happening—and what is worth fixing first.

01

Operational Diagnostic

A focused investigation into where performance is being lost, why it is happening, what it is worth, and what should happen next.

  • Source and workflow mapping
  • Baseline and variance analysis
  • Quantified leakage register
  • Prioritized 90-day action plan
02

System Implementation

Build the dashboards, calculators, controls, reporting workflows, and accountability systems required to fix the problem and keep it fixed.

  • Inventory and capacity tools
  • Management reporting systems
  • Meeting-to-action workflows
  • Automation and quality controls
03

Fractional Operations Intelligence

Ongoing analysis and system improvement for companies that need sharper operating visibility without building a full internal analytics function.

  • Executive operating briefings
  • KPI and exception monitoring
  • Cross-functional follow-through
  • Continuous system improvement

The RQ method

From “something is wrong” to a measurable intervention.

Most operating problems persist because the information is fragmented, ownership is unclear, or nobody has quantified the cost. RQ turns the problem into a decision.

Discuss a diagnostic
  1. 01

    Map the truth

Identify where information lives, which sources are authoritative, what is missing, and where the records disagree.

  2. 02

    Quantify the leakage

Translate excess inventory, delays, overtime, rework, lost capacity, and management drag into defensible financial impact.

  3. 03

    Rank the opportunity

Prioritize each issue by impact, confidence, difficulty, ownership, and time to value.

  4. 04

    Build the fix

Implement the model, workflow, control, or reporting system—and define how the result will be measured.

Who we help

Businesses complicated enough to need better systems—and practical enough to act.

MFG

Manufacturing

Production scheduling, machine and labor capacity, WIP, scrap, rework, on-time delivery, and job profitability.

DIST

Distribution & Warehousing

Inventory turns, stockouts, purchasing, service levels, picking efficiency, route economics, and customer profitability.

F&B

Food & Beverage

Perishable inventory, demand planning, production runs, yield, labor, quality controls, and fulfillment.

REG

Regulated Operations

Evidence control, traceability, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and cross-system operational accountability.

Best fit

Owner-led physical-operations businesses, typically 25–250 employees.

Especially where growth has outpaced the systems connecting sales, purchasing, production, inventory, fulfillment, and management reporting.

Built in live operations—not a lab

AI is leverage. Operational judgment is the product.

The RQ approach grew out of real work inside complex, regulated, inventory-heavy operations—where production, fulfillment, compliance, physical inventory, digital records, and management reporting all have to agree.

That experience became a repeatable architecture for reconciling sources, preserving evidence, identifying constraints, building decision tools, and moving findings into accountable follow-through.

What a diagnostic produces

Something you can use Monday morning.

01

Executive findings

The few issues that materially affect performance.

02

Quantified opportunity register

Impact, evidence, confidence, owner, and next action.

03

Decision models

Working calculators or analyses that make the issue visible.

04

90-day intervention plan

Sequenced actions, owners, milestones, and measures of success.

NP Founder / Operator

About Results Quantified

Built by an operator who got tired of managing through blind spots.

Results Quantified was founded by Nicholas Pistolesi, an operations leader and AI systems builder with hands-on experience managing regulated, inventory-heavy operations.

Nick built RQ after using AI to connect meetings, email, spreadsheets, inventory data, task systems, and management reporting inside live operations. The result was not “AI consulting.” It was a better way to see what was happening, decide what mattered, and make sure the work moved.

Questions

What this is—and what it is not.

Is Results Quantified an AI consulting company?

AI is part of the leverage, not the thing being sold. The product is operational clarity, quantified opportunity, better systems, and measurable follow-through.

What information does a diagnostic require?

It depends on the problem, but may include order, inventory, purchasing, labor, production, financial, meeting, task, or management-reporting data. Scope and access are defined before work begins.

Do you replace our ERP, accountant, or internal team?

No. RQ works across the systems and people you already have, identifies the gaps between them, and builds the operating layer needed to make the information useful.

Do you guarantee savings or revenue growth?

No responsible diagnostic can guarantee an outcome before the evidence is reviewed. RQ separates verified findings, estimates, assumptions, and unresolved questions so decisions are based on what the data actually supports.

Start with the operating problem

What is costing your business more than it should?

Describe the part of the operation that feels unclear, inconsistent, expensive, or stuck. We will determine whether it is a fit for an RQ diagnostic.
